The blue is so rich and even, and the tie-dye pattern has that lovely organic swirl you want from a hand-dipped piece. I’ve washed it twice alone like the note says, and the color hasn’t faded a bit. My hair stays put without that tight feeling, which is rare for me.

The tie-dye pattern is beautifully irregular, so each pair feels one-of-a-kind. I did follow the washing instructions carefully and they haven't faded much, though I wish the dye had set a bit more evenly on the waistband.
